The AHS homepage was not originally desinged to handle the size that the AthertonHighSchool.com community has become, so it was getting a little sluggish. Alright...it was painfully slow.

I've modified the way in which the home page information is updated. This change will speed up load times quite a bit. However, the freshness of content will be sacrificed a bit. As a result, updates to the homepage could take up to an hour. Hopefully this will not interfere with peoples use of the site.
